Booking Policy
Bookings can only be made by guests aged 18 or over.
Once your booking is confirmed by email, this forms the agreement between you and Nesta Valley. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us if anything needs correcting.
The lead booker is responsible for everyone in their party and must ensure all guests follow these terms.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 2pm – 8pm
Check-out: 11am
If you need to arrive later than 8pm please contact us in advance and we will do our best to arrange a late check-in.
You’re welcome to continue enjoying the site after check-out.
Quiet Hours
Nesta Valley is designed to be relaxed and peaceful for both guests and our neighbours.
Quiet hours are 11pm – 8am.
Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.
Amplified music, speakers or live instruments are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
Guests causing disruption may be asked to leave the site without refund.
Group Bookings
We welcome group bookings, celebrations and gatherings.
However, we ask that all group bookings are declared when booking so we can place you appropriately on the site.
Exclusive site hire requires a minimum two-night booking.
Children
Children are very welcome at Nesta Valley.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children at all times, including when using play equipment.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Rules for dogs:
Dogs are not permitted on beds or soft furnishings
Maximum 2 dogs per booking
£15 per dog per stay
Dogs must be kept on leads
Please clean up after your dog
Dogs must not be left unattended in accommodation
Fires & Fire Pits
Fire pits can be hired from reception.
For safety:
• Fire pits must remain outside tents
• Only kiln-dried wood purchased on site may be burned
• Do not burn rubbish
Fireworks and sky lanterns are strictly prohibited.
Respecting Nature
Nesta Valley sits within a beautiful countryside setting and we ask guests to respect the land.
Please:
• Do not walk across crops
• Use bins provided for waste
• Keep to paths when exploring nearby land
• Leave gates as you find them
Visitors
Day visitors are welcome but must be registered with reception before arrival.
Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless they have a booking.
Unauthorised overnight guests may incur an additional charge of £100. No overnight parking is allowed.
Facilities
Nesta Valley is an off-grid campsite.
Electric hook-ups are not available at pitches, but guests can charge phones at Café Paradiso or reception during opening hours.
Our Pamper Parlour provides mains power for hairdryers and styling tools.
Spa Facilities
Our Wild Valley Spa includes wood-fired hot tubs, a sauna and yoga space.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the spa area.
Use of the sauna and hot tubs is at your own risk and guests may be asked to complete a spa disclaimer.
Café Paradiso
Our onsite café and bar is open daily for coffee and breakfast.
Evening food is served Thursday–Sunday from 6pm–10pm.
Live music and entertainment may take place until 11pm.
Payments
Bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by card or bank transfer.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking:
More than 7 days before arrival
→ 50% of the booking cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before arrival
→ No refund will be given.
Failure to arrive by midday the day after your booking start date will be treated as a cancellation.
Weather & Outdoor Conditions
Camping means being close to nature.
Weather conditions may make the ground muddy or uneven. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear for your stay.
In extreme weather conditions we reserve the right to close the campsite for safety reasons.
Safety
Swimming in Chew Valley Lake is not permitted.
Guests should be aware of natural hazards including uneven ground, wildlife and water.
Children must always be supervised.
Prices/Special Offers/Discounts
The prices on the Nesta Valley website are not binding and Nesta Valley reserves the right to modify these prices. The price stated on the booking confirmation (sent after automated- booking summary) is binding. Special offers and/or discounts cannot be used after you have booked your stay.
Liability
Guests stay at Nesta Valley at their own risk.
We cannot accept responsibility for:
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Damage to vehicles in the car park
• Injuries sustained while using site facilities
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address as above and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time or sent via email or mail.
Payments Methods
We offer the option to pay by credit/debit card or BACS for all bookings.
We can accept payments by card or cash at reception, at Bar Paradiso and at The Wild Valley Spa.
