Sauna
Find tranquility and immerse yourself in the healing heat of our wood fired sauna to relax muscles and cleanse your system. Open sessions welcome up to 8 people at one time and are shared with community. If you’d prefer a private session, you can book the whole sauna for your group.
We have a cold plunge, and drench shower for when it’s time to cool down. We strongly advise that you boldly endure both hot and cold experiences to obtain the maximum benefit of the sauna and it’s healing properties.
This an adult only experience, and for safety reasons we cannot allow anyone under the age of 16 to use the sauna. Please also note once you have paid for your sauna, please contact us about a time slot.

Hot Tubs
With breathtaking views over chew valley lake our Scandinavian hot tub is the perfect place to drop in and unwind. Filled with fresh water, and heated with locally sourced kiln dried wood you can relax with your friends or family in the soothing warmth.
If you need a break from the heat, you can chill out in our quiet spa area, taking in the outstanding beauty of our incredible site.
Children are welcome to join their parents in the hot tub, but must be supervised at all times, and are asked to respect the tranquility and reverence of the spa area.

Yoga With Bex
Bex leads a progressive style of yoga that guides you on a mindful journey, deepening attention to detail and encouraging the flow state. Each class blends thoughtful sequencing with intentional asana, creative energetic work, and practices supported by bandha and pranayama. Expect a warm, uplifting environment that inspires curiosity, focus, and playful strength, leaving you grounded, centered, and renewed.
With over 12 years of teaching experience, Bex has completed four 200 and 500 hour teacher trainings in India and London and continues to study with teachers from around the world, bringing a rich and evolving practice to every class.

Bryony is trained in rhythmic massage, holistic massage, and womb and fertility massage. She is also a qualified spiritual counselor, a trainee integrative counsellor and trauma-informed in her practice.
