Aerial Alchemy with Helina

This summer at Nesta Valley we’re excited to welcome Helina Griffiths for her inspiring Aerial Alchemy sessions for both kids and adults.

Drawing on 15 years as an international circus performer, Helina combines playful aerial movement with strength, balance and creativity. These sessions are a chance to challenge yourself, try something new and experience the joy of movement — whether you’re learning to climb, hang, spin or simply explore what your body can do.

Fun, supportive and open to all abilities, Aerial Alchemy invites you to step out of the ordinary… and maybe even learn to fly.
