Aerial Alchemy with Helina

This summer at Nesta Valley we’re excited to welcome Helina Griffiths for her inspiring Aerial Alchemy sessions for both kids and adults.

Drawing on 15 years as an international circus performer, Helina combines playful aerial movement with strength, balance and creativity. These sessions are a chance to challenge yourself, try something new and experience the joy of movement — whether you’re learning to climb, hang, spin or simply explore what your body can do.

Fun, supportive and open to all abilities, Aerial Alchemy invites you to step out of the ordinary… and maybe even learn to fly.

Thursdays

15:30 cocoon play, for under 7s, may come and go as you please, fun, sensory exploration of upside down.

16:30 intermediate hoop workshop for non adults – exploring tricks and combos

17:30 aerial fitness strength and conditioning, everyone welcome, mixed ability.

18:30 adult aerial hoop class, mixed.

Saturday

11:00 cocoon play, for under 7s, may come and go as you please, fun, sensory exploration of upside down.

12:15 beginners aerial hoop, discover how to get on off aerial equipment and learn some fun and easy tricks that look great in the air.

13:30 intermediate hoop workshop for non adults – exploring tricks flows and combos in the air.

All classes £15

• Birthday party option: By special request only 1.5 hour birthday workshop that includes a small display at the end to fave music and sparkly outfits (BYO)
